Valley Venture Mentors & the Western Mass EDC: Building a Regional Coalition

We partnered with Valley Venture Mentors and the Western Mass EDC across two phases, launching the Ecosystem Accelerator through stakeholder-driven data collection and analysis, then deepening VVM's brand positioning and leading communications. We designed a roadmap connecting businesses at every stage of growth with more than 30 economic development organizations, secured commitments from 43 of them, and formed a coalition that now meets quarterly with elected officials to advance regional policy, reinvestment, and initiatives to bring innovation-led companies into the region.
