Paulette Piñero is a proud Boricua, business educator, and a brand strategist with 19+ years of experience across the US and Puerto Rico. For most of those years, she watched multicultural business owners walk into agencies and walk out with marketing that looked fine on paper yet felt like it belonged to someone else entirely.
The talent was always there. The ambition, the community, and a story worth telling. What was missing was a partner who understood that cultura is not a checkbox, but a competitive advantage.
So in 2020, Paulette stopped waiting for that partner to show up and became one. Unstoppable Latina® launched as a solo consultancy and has since grown into a team of ten specialists across strategy, design, copywriting, development, and analytics.
Today, we serve entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and government organizations.
