Teach Western Mass: Filling Every Fellowship Seat

Teach Western Mass came to us needing to recruit career-changers into their fellowship program, which cultivates Black and Latinx educators moving from other professions into teaching. We built a recruitment marketing campaign around warm, approachable messaging that made the leap into teaching feel possible, and reached 120% of their recruitment goal, filling every fellowship seat.
